Dr. Pieter ‘t Hoen studied computer science and obtained a PhD in software engineering. He is an experienced IT expert and CTO. Pieter does IT reviews and architecture advice at ICT Institute and works as a CTO at Concordia Legal. This company he founded automates legal decisions, executing the business logic with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly knows as Oracle Policy Automation). Due to his experience at Oracle and Be Informed, Pieter has a great deal of knowledge of case management, knowledge-driven systems and the automation of business processes. Before that he also worked at Software Improvement Group, where he audited many IT systems.
